Enquiry on results
If you are unhappy with your test result, you can apply for a revaluation via Enquiry on Results at the centre where you took the test. You must make the application no later than six weeks after the test date. You can choose which test components are re-marked. There is a fee for this service which will be refunded if your score on any component is increased. Your result will normally be available in 2 to 21 days, depending on several factors including the number of sections requested for remark. If you have not received a response after 28 days, please contact your test centre.
Candidates wishing to EOR on results must complete an EOR Form and forward this along with
AED 500 payment slip to the IELTS administrator at the KG IELTS Office.
The full fee will be refunded by the test centre if a result is changed to a higher band score.
Note: After the EOR results are declared; you will be required to return your previously issued Test Report Form if your result is changed before a new one can be issued.
